Greg Cohen, Director Of Legal Affairs

Greg oversees and coordinates all legal matters pertaining to VSV.  He drafts and negotiates agreements, administers compliance with contracts, forms entities and maintains corporate governance.  Prior to joining VSV, Greg worked as the Director of Legal Compliance and Coordination at Gatehouse Capital Corporation where he was part of the W Hollywood Hotel & Residences project team and contributed to the development and financing of a myriad of branded, design- focused, mixed-use and hospitality oriented projects.

In addition to his hospitality focused work, Greg has prior experience working in the fields of corporate governance, contract administration, commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation and civil litigation.
