The 51-story, dual branded W/Element Philadelphia Hotel will be the first of its kind located in center-city Philadelphia at the corner of 15th & Chestnut Streets, the highest pedestrian trafficked corner in the City three blocks from the recently expanded Pennsylvania Convention Center. The $450 million, LEED certified property opened in August 2021 as the 5th tallest building in the City, and contains 295 W guestrooms, and 465 Element guestrooms. Additional amenities include: 177 subterranean parking spaces, 42,000 SF of meeting space, 5,000 SF Away Spa, 3,000 SF Fitness space, 10,000 SF outdoor pool and terrace, and signature Dolce restaurant.

The Element Hotel was introduced in 2006 with its first hotel opening in 2008 and provides a modern, upscale and intuitively designed hotel experience that allows guests to live well and feel in control. element hotels have an emphasis on ‘green’ attributes, and, with a full kitchen in every room, they are suitable for both short-term and extended stay guests.
